My name is Ashley Lane, and when you call our phone number you won’t get a long, pre-recorded, generic message. What you will get is me, owner/operator of Lane Online Solutions. My company prides itself with personal relationships, quality service, and reliability.

 

My online journey began about 20 years ago working for the second largest online skincare retailer, DermStore. After working in this corporate world for too many years, I decided to branch out on my own, thus Lane Online Solutions was born. 

 

My specialty and passion lies within the beauty/health industry. I love working with small and/or new brands helping them pave the way to online success through eCommerce innovation/optimization, marketing strategy and implementation, and much more. 

 

I’ve had my hands in every pot within the online world from customer service to marketing, and design to development.  I have extensive knowledge and experience in the inner workings of all these departments, enabling me to connect them for more cohesive efforts and greater success.

 

Lane Online Solutions started as a small business and plans to stay that way. You see, I am someone who takes pride in my work and relationships. It is extremely important to me to have a hand in all of my professional dealings, all while being able to spend the much needed time at home raising my two beautiful children.
